By investing in TermPlus through Superhero, you get the benefits of a high-yield term investment while keeping all your financial assets in one place.
TermPlus invests in mature and diversified global private credit markets, a sector historically used by institutional investors to general stable income-focused returns.
TermPlus could complement your Superhero investment portfolio by adding an option for a fixed-term income stream. Whether you’re reinvesting for growth or using the income elsewhere, TermPlus just provides extra flexibility and diversification.
Global private credit is generally uncorrelated with listed share markets – that is, there is not a direct connection between share market performance and private credit.
In the case of volatility, TermPlus is also protected by a professionally constructed three-layer protection system designed to help safeguard your earnings. This system is underpinned by the TermPlus Support Account, which includes co-investment from Pengana to help absorb potential losses.
Importantly, your monthly income must be paid in full before any allocations are made to the Support Account. Term account holders have priority access to any income generated by the Support Account over the previous 12 months, which can be used to help meet monthly income targets.
If at maturity the total amount you receive from your Term Account is less than the amount you invested, the Savings Support mechanism may provide a top-up to help cover the difference.
The issuer of units (Term Accounts) in TermPlus (ARSN 668 902 323) is Pengana Capital Limited (Pengana) (ABN 30 103 800 568, AFSL 226 566).
