Terms and Conditions

• Definitions:

2. “Australian Resident(s)” refers to an individual who resides in Australia.
3. “Business Days” refers to weekdays (Monday to Friday) excluding public holidays in New South Wales, Australia.
4. “Eligible Entrant(s)” refers to an individual who has provided the required information and met the criteria in Section 2 of these terms and conditions and who is not an Excluded Entrant.
5. “Excluded Entrant(s)” refers to an individual who is an employee, officer or agent of Superhero or its related entities. 
6. “Offer Period” refers to the period from 10:00 AM (AEDT) on 23 February 2026 until 5PM (AEDT) on 2 March 2026.
7. Prize(s)” refers to:

• 2x Tickets to Hawks v GWS in Sydney (7 March 2026).
• Pre-game Training Experience for two. (6 March 2026).
• Hawks Nest Merch Pack (valued at $500).
• 2x Signed 2026 Hawthorn Guernseys.
  

2. “Superhero” refers to the administrator of the Promotion, Superhero Markets Pty Ltd (ABN 36 633 524 261), an investment and superannuation platform..“Winner(s)” refers to an Eligible Entrant selected to receive a Prize based on the Judging Criteria.
   

Promotion details and terms

Nature of Promotion: This is a Game of Skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner.

Eligibility:

• Open to Australian Residents only.
• Entrants must be 18 years of age or older.

How to Enter: During the Offer Period, entrants must:

• Follow @superheroau on Instagram.
• Like the official competition post.
• Tag at least one (1) friend in the comments.
• Comment in 25 words or less: What is one similarity between Investing and Footy.

Judging and Prize Awarding

• Judging Criteria: All valid entries will be judged by a panel appointed by Superhero based on  creativity, and brand alignment.
• Selection: Judging will take place on 3  March  2026 and Winner will be announced.
• Notification: The Winner will be notified via Direct Message (DM) and/or the email address registered to their Superhero account.
• Claiming Prize: The Winner must respond within forty-eight (48) hours to claim the prize. If the prize is unclaimed, Superhero reserves the right to select the next best entry.
• Prize Delivery: Physical merch and guernseys will be posted to the winner’s address. Tickets and event details for the Pre-Game Training Experience will be sent via email.

General Terms

• By participating in this Promotion, Eligible Entrants agree to be bound by and comply with these terms and conditions as well as the Superhero Terms & Conditions. 
• Superhero reserves the right to suspend, amend, or terminate the terms of this Promotion or an Eligible Entrant’s participation in this Promotion. Any changes will be communicated to Eligible Entrants via the Superhero website and will only be made for valid reasons, such as compliance with applicable laws, unforeseen circumstances or due to a violation of these terms or the Superhero Terms & Conditions. 
• Any modifications to these terms and conditions will be effective from the date of posting on the Superhero website.
• Superhero will not be liable for any act, omission, event or circumstance which is beyond its reasonable control and prevents it from complying with any applicable terms and conditions for this Promotion.
• By participating in this Promotion, Eligible Entrants agree to release and hold harmless Superhero and its affiliates from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Promotion or the receipt, use, or misuse of the Prize. 
• Superhero may review, investigate and/or disqualify all activities by Eligible Entrants and suspend Superhero accounts or modify Prizes for any violation of these terms and conditions or at our sole discretion as deemed fair and appropriate.
• These terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and will be subject to the jurisdiction of the New South Wales Courts.

Privacy

• The information provided by an Eligible Entrant (including social media handles and comments) will be used for the purposes of conducting the Promotion, delivering Prizes, and future marketing assets.
• Eligible Entrants’ personal information will be handled in accordance with Superhero’s Privacy Policy.

Prize Winner notification

• Selection Process: This is a game of skill. Winners will not be randomly selected. All valid entries received during the Offer Period (18  February –  2 March 2026) will be judged by a panel appointed by Superhero based on the creativity and brand alignment.
• Selection Date: Judging will take place on 3 March 2026.
• Notification: On 3  March 2026, the Winner will be notified via Direct Message (DM) on the social platform used for entry and/or the email address registered to their Superhero account.
• Public Announcement: The Winner will be publicly announced on Superhero’s social media channels by the 3  March 2026.
• Claiming Prize: Winners will have forty-eight (48) hours to respond to the notification and accept their Prize. Failure to respond may result in forfeiture of the Prize, and a new Winner may be selected based on the next best judged entry.
• Prize Terms: 

• Experience & Tickets: Digital tickets and details for the Pre-Game Training Experience and Opening Round match will be issued via email upon verification.
• Merch Pack: The $500 Hawks Nest Merch Pack will be posted within 30 days of verification.
• Signed Guernseys: As player signing sessions occur mid-March, the two (2) signed guernseys will be dispatched post-March 2026.

Conditions: The Prize must be taken as stated and is not exchangeable or transferable for cash. Travel and accommodation are not included.
