Terms and Conditions

Definitions

“2026 Toyota AFL Grand Final” refers to the final game of the 2026 Toyota AFL season on 26 September 2026 at 2:30pm AEST at the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG) stadium in Melbourne.

“Australian Resident(s)” refers to an individual who resides in Australia (excluding ACT and SA residents).

“Business Days” refers to weekdays (Monday to Friday) excluding public holidays in New South Wales, Australia.

“Eligible Entrant(s)” refers to an individual who has provided the required information and met the criteria under the heading ‘Promotion details and terms’ of these terms and conditions and who is not an Excluded Entrant.

“Excluded Entrant(s)” refers to an officer, employee, contractor or agent (and their immediate families) of Superhero Markets Pty Ltd, the Hawthorn Football Club, or the Australian Football League (AFL). 

“Offer Period” refers to the period from 11:00 AM (AEST) on 29 August 2026 until 5PM (AEST) on 14 September 2026.

“Prize(s)” refers to2 x Reserved Tickets (one double pass) to the 2026 Toyota AFL Grand Final at the MCG in Melbourne.; and 2 x Invitations to an pre-match function. The total estimated Prize pool value is up to AUD $$5390 (inc. GST).

“Promotion” refers to the Superhero Grand Final Competition conducted during the Offer Period.

“Superhero” refers to the administrator of the Promotion, Superhero Markets Pty Ltd (ABN 36 633 524 261), an investment and superannuation platform.

“Winner(s)” refers to an Eligible Entrant selected to receive a Prize through random selection.

Promotion Details and Terms

    1. This Promotion offers Eligible Entrants the chance to win Prizes, including a Double Pass (2 x Reserved Tickets) to the 2026 Toyota AFL Grand Final and two invitations to a pre-match function,
    2. Entry is open to Australian residents (excluding ACT and SA residents).
    3. Eligible Entrants must have signed up exclusively for an individual Superhero trading account on the Superhero website and completed the entry steps set out below.
    4. Eligible Entrants must be 18 years of age or over to participate in this Promotion.
    5. To enter, Eligible Entrants must follow the below steps:
      1. Open the Superhero app and log into their individual Superhero Trading account;
      2. Go to the ‘Profile’ section of the app and select ‘Promotions’ followed by  ‘Referrals’; and 
      3. Click on the ‘AFL’ Promotion and press ‘Opt-in’; and  
      4. Make a successful Australian or U.S. share trade before the Offer Period ends to submit a valid entry. Crypto trades are excluded.
      5. Customers are only required to ‘Opt-in’ once during the Offer Period. Once opted in, Eligible Entrants will receive one (1) entry per successful AU or U.S. share trade completed, up to a maximum of ten (10) entries per calendar week (Monday to Sunday) during the Offer Period.

General Terms

  1. By participating in this Promotion, Eligible Entrants agree to be bound by and comply with these terms and conditions as well as the Superhero Terms & Conditions. 
  2. To the extent permitted by law and subject to any written directions from state regulatory authorities, Superhero reserves the right to suspend, amend, or terminate this Promotion or an Eligible Entrant’s participation if required by law, in the event of technical failure, fraud, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Any changes will be communicated promptly to Eligible Entrants via the Superhero website.
  3. Any modifications to these terms and conditions will be effective from the date of posting on the Superhero website.
  4. Superhero will not be liable for any act, omission, event or circumstance which is beyond its reasonable control and prevents it from complying with any applicable terms and conditions for this Promotion.
  5. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, including non-excludable guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, Superhero (including its officers, employees and agents), the AFL, and Hawthorn Football Club exclude all liability for any personal injury, or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion or the receipt, use, or misuse of the Prize.
  6. Superhero reserves the right, acting reasonably, to review, investigate, and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, or engages in unlawful or improper conduct calculated to jeopardise the fair conduct of the Promotion.
  7. These terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and will be subject to the jurisdiction of the New South Wales Courts.
  8. No state trade promotion permits are required under Australian law for this promotion. AFL Authorised GF Promotion: GFAFL26/138.

Privacy

  1. Superhero collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, the AFL, Hawthorn Football Club, and relevant state trade promotion regulators. Entry is conditional on providing this information. Superhero will use and handle personal information as set out in our Privacy Policy. Entrants consent to Superhero using their personal information for promotional, marketing, and publicity purposes without further remuneration.

Prize Winner Notification

  1. The draw will take place on 15 September 2026 at 11:00 AM (AEST) at Superhero Office, Level 1, 4-6 Bligh Street, Sydney NSW 2000 using an automated random draw engine. 1 Winner will be drawn from all valid entries received during the Offer Period.
  2. On 16 September 2026, Winners will be notified of their Prize via the email address or mobile number registered to their Superhero account before close of business hours.
  3. Winners must respond to the notification email and accept their Prize within three (3) Business Days. If a Prize remains unclaimed by 5:00 PM (AEST) on 22 September 2026, a secondary random draw will take place on 23 September 2026 at 11:00 AM (AEST) at the same location as the original draw, subject to any written direction from a regulatory authority. The redraw winner will be notified by email on the same day.
  4. Prizes including 2 x Reserved Tickets along with 2 x invitations will be emailed to the Winner no later than 1 business day prior to the game on Saturday 26 September 2026.
  5. Each Prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a Winner is unable to use the Prize as stated. Prizes are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other goods or services. A Prize cannot be transferred to any other person, unless agreed by Superhero.
  6. Grand Final tickets are subject to the AFL Ticket Conditions and Victorian Major Events legislation (Major Events Act 2009 (Vic)) and any applicable third-party or venue terms and conditions. Tickets must not be sold, offered for resale, or used for advertising, promotion, or commercial purposes without the prior written authorization of the AFL. Any breach of these conditions may result in ticket cancellation and denied entry.
  7. Winner Publication: The name and state of residency of the Winner (and any redraw winner) will be published on the Superhero Instagram on 17 September 2026 (and 23 September 2026 for any redraw winner) for a minimum of 28 days.
