What currency can I purchase crypto in?
You can place Market orders across all digital assets regardless of the currency they are priced in. Limit orders are only available on digital assets priced in USD.
What type of orders can I place?
We support Market Orders and Limit Orders.
Market Orders:
A market order is an order to buy or sell at the available price.
When you select a market order, the price will be calculated based on the buyers and sellers at the time your order is executed.
The price you receive may be different from the last seen price on your screen, particularly during periods of high volatility or low liquidity.
Limit Orders:
A limit order is an order to buy or sell at a specified price. You have control over the price you set but there is no guarantee your order will be executed.
If the price does not reach your specified limit your order will not execute. If there is not enough volume at your specified price, this may result in your order being partially filled.
Limit orders can be cancelled provided the order has not already been executed.
Is there a minimum investment amount?
Yes. There is a minimum order size of A$10, and US$10.
If your total holding is less than $10 you can still place a sell order for that holding.
What is the maximum order size?
Each digital asset has a maximum order limit, which varies by asset. These limits help ensure reliable trade execution during different market conditions. If your order exceeds the maximum limit, you'll be prompted to enter a smaller amount.
