Terms and Conditions

Definitions:

  1. “Australian Resident(s)” refers to an individual who resides in Australia.
  2. “Business Days” refers to weekdays (Monday to Friday) excluding public holidays in New South Wales, Australia.
  3. “Eligible Entrant(s)” refers to an individual who has provided the required information and met the criteria in Section 2 of these terms and conditions and who is not an Excluded Entrant.
  4. “Excluded Entrant(s)” refers to an individual who is an employee, officer or agent of Superhero or its related entities. 
  5. “Offer Period” refers to the period from 10:00 AM (AEDT) on 2 February 2026 until 5PM (AEDT) on 9 February 2026.
  6. “Prize(s)” refers to:
    • $400 (AUD) credit to be deposited into the Winner’s Superhero account for the purpose of investment.
  7. “Superhero” refers to the administrator of the Promotion, Superhero Markets Pty Ltd (ABN 36 633 524 261), an investment and superannuation platform.
  8. “Winner(s)” refers to an Eligible Entrant selected to receive a Prize based on the Judging Criteria.
  9. “Invest” refers to the allocation of the Prize toward the purchase of financial products available on the Superhero platform, including Australian (ASX) shares, United States (Wall St) shares, and Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs). Receipt of the Prize is subject to the winner holding a valid, KYC-verified Superhero account. The Prize is issued as a platform credit and is not available for direct withdrawal as cash; it must be used for investment purposes within the Superhero platform. 


Promotion details and terms

Nature of Promotion: This is a Game of Skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner.

Eligibility:

  • Open to Australian Residents only.
  • Entrants must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Entrants must have a registered and verified Superhero trading account to receive the prize.

How to Enter: During the Offer Period, entrants must:

  1. Follow the official Superhero social media account (@superheroau) on the platform where the entry is made.
  2. “Like” the official competition post.
  3. Tag one or more friends in the comments of the post.
  4. Comment what they love most about using Superhero in 25 words or less.

Judging and Prize Awarding

  • Judging Criteria: All valid entries will be judged by a panel appointed by Superhero based on  creativity, and brand alignment.
  • Selection: Judging will take place on 10 February 2026 and Winner will be announced.
  • Notification: The Winner will be notified via Direct Message (DM) on the social platform used for entry and/or their registered Superhero account email by 10 February 2026.
  • Claiming Prize: The Winner must respond within five (5) Business Days to claim the prize. If the prize is unclaimed, Superhero reserves the right to select the next best entry.
  • Prize Delivery: The $400 AUD  will be credited to the Winner’s Superhero Account within 30 Business Days after identity verification. 

General Terms

  1. By participating in this Promotion, Eligible Entrants agree to be bound by and comply with these terms and conditions as well as the Superhero Terms & Conditions. 
  2. Superhero reserves the right to suspend, amend, or terminate the terms of this Promotion or an Eligible Entrant’s participation in this Promotion. Any changes will be communicated to Eligible Entrants via the Superhero website and will only be made for valid reasons, such as compliance with applicable laws, unforeseen circumstances or due to a violation of these terms or the Superhero Terms & Conditions. 
  3. Any modifications to these terms and conditions will be effective from the date of posting on the Superhero website.
  4. Superhero will not be liable for any act, omission, event or circumstance which is beyond its reasonable control and prevents it from complying with any applicable terms and conditions for this Promotion.
  5. By participating in this Promotion, Eligible Entrants agree to release and hold harmless Superhero and its affiliates from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Promotion or the receipt, use, or misuse of the Prize. 
  6. Superhero may review, investigate and/or disqualify all activities by Eligible Entrants and suspend Superhero accounts or modify Prizes for any violation of these terms and conditions or at our sole discretion as deemed fair and appropriate.
  7. These terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and will be subject to the jurisdiction of the New South Wales Courts.

Privacy

  1. The information provided by an Eligible Entrant (including social media handles and comments) will be used for the purposes of conducting the Promotion, delivering Prizes, and future marketing assets.
  2. Eligible Entrants’ personal information will be handled in accordance with Superhero’s Privacy Policy.

Prize Winner notification

    1. Selection Process: This is a game of skill. Winners will not be randomly selected. All valid entries received during the Offer Period (2 Feb – 9 Feb 2026) will be judged by a panel appointed by Superhero based on the creativity and brand alignment.
    2. Selection Date: Judging will take place on 10 February 2026.
    3. Notification: On 10 February 2026, the Winner will be notified via Direct Message (DM) on the social platform used for entry and/or the email address registered to their Superhero account.
    4. Public Announcement: The Winner will be publicly announced on Superhero’s social media channels by the 12 February 2026.
    5. Claiming Prize: Winners will have five (5) Business Days to respond to the notification and accept their Prize. Failure to respond may result in forfeiture of the Prize, and a new Winner may be selected based on the next best judged entry.
    6. Prize Terms: The Prize ($400 investment credit) will be deposited into the Winner’s Superhero Account within 30 Business Days of identity verification. The Prize must be taken as stated and is not exchangeable or transferable.
