What communication will I/my client receive?

Both you and your client will receive a notification when you are provided access to their account(s).

When a transaction is made by an adviser or a client with adviser access on the relevant account, whoever made the transaction will receive the confirmation notification. 

You can view all activity on a client’s account in the activity tab when you click on a client’s account from your Adviser Platform Dashboard.
