Superhero Spin to Win Promotion

This promotion is conducted by Superhero Markets Pty Ltd and affiliated with, and endorsed by The Sydney Swans Football Club. Fans of the Sydney Swans are invited to participate in Superhero’s Spin to Win Promotion at the Swans Fan Day event at the Royal Hall of Industries on 28 March 2026.

 

Terms and Conditions

Definitions:

1. “Activation Space” refers to Superhero’s event space and the elements making up that area, including flags, fences and signs at the Sydney Swans Fan Day event. 
2. “Australian Resident(s)” refers to an individual who resides in Australia.
3. “Business Days” refers to weekdays (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays in New South Wales, Australia.
4. “Eligible Entrant(s)” refers to an individual who has provided the required information and met the criteria in Section 2 of these Terms and Conditions and who is not an Excluded Entrant.
5. “Excluded Entrant(s)” refers to an individual who is an employee, officer or agent of Superhero and/or the Sydney Swans Football Club. 
6. “Offer Period” refers to the period from 12:00pm (AEDT) to 4:00pm (AEDT) on 28 March 2026.
7. “Prize(s)” refers to:
   • A Superhero key ring; or 
   • A Superhero sticker; or
   • A Superhero poster; or 
   • A Superhero Scarf; or 
   • A Superhero Sherrin Football; or
8. “Promotion” refers to the Superhero Spin to Trade Promotion conducted during the Offer Period.
9. “Superhero” refers to the administrator of the Promotion, Superhero Markets Pty Ltd (ABN 36 633 524 261), an investment and superannuation platform.
10. “Winner(s)” refers to an Eligible Entrant who successfully lands on a designated Prize segment after electing to spin the wheel.

Promotion Details and Terms

1. 1. This Promotion offers Eligible Entrants the chance to win one instant Prize from the Prize list in section 1(g) of these Terms and Conditions.
   2. Entry is open to Australian Residents only.
   3. Eligible Entrants must complete the entry form by providing their full name, mobile number, year of birth, email address, postcode, and current superannuation fund.
   4. Eligible Entrants must be 18 years of age or over to participate in this Promotion. 
   5. Employees, officers and agents of Superhero and the Sydney Swans Football Club are not eligible to enter.
   6. 
      To enter, Eligible Entrants must scan the QR code at the Superhero Activation Space, complete the entry form, and receive one (1) Superhero Poster as a participation gift.

Entrants may choose to keep their participation Poster or forfeit that Poster to spin the wheel for a chance to win a different Prize from the list in Section 1.

1. Only one entry per individual is allowed and multiple entries from the same individual with the same name, date of birth and/or address may result in disqualification. 

General Terms

1. 1. By participating in this Promotion, Eligible Entrants agree to be bound by and comply with these Terms and Conditions as well as the Superhero Terms & Conditions.
   2. Superhero reserves the right to suspend, amend, or terminate the terms of this Promotion or an Eligible Entrant’s participation in this Promotion at any time. Any changes will be communicated to Eligible Entrants prior to their participation in the Promotion on 28 March 2026 and will only be made for valid reasons, such as compliance with applicable laws, unforeseen circumstances or due to a violation of these Terms and Conditions or the Superhero Terms & Conditions. 
   3. Any modifications to these Terms and Conditions will be effective from the date of posting on the Superhero website.
   4. Superhero will not be liable for any act, omission, event or circumstance which is beyond its reasonable control and prevents it from complying with any applicable Terms and Conditions for this Promotion.
   5. By participating in this Promotion, Eligible Entrants agree to release and hold harmless Superhero and its affiliates from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Promotion or the receipt, use, or misuse of any Prizes. 
   6. Superhero may review, investigate and/or disqualify all activities by Eligible Entrants or modify Prizes for any violation of these Terms and Conditions or at our sole discretion as deemed fair and appropriate.
   7. These Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and will be subject to the jurisdiction of the New South Wales Courts.

Privacy

1. 1. The information provided by an Eligible Entrant will be used solely for the purposes of conducting the Promotion and delivering the Prizes.
   2. Eligible Entrants’ personal information will be handled in accordance with Superhero’s Privacy Policy. 
   3. By completing the entry form for this Promotion and agreeing to Superhero’s Privacy Policy, Eligible Entrants acknowledge they will receive further marketing communications from Superhero. 

Prize Winner Notification

1. 1. Winners will be determined instantly after they spin the wheel at the Superhero Activation Space on 28 March 2026. 
   2. Each Prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a Winner is unable to use the Prize as stated. Prizes are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other goods or services.
