How do I add a new client through the Superhero Adviser Platform?
To add a client, the adviser must complete and return the Adviser Authority Form, and if relevant, the Fee Consent Form for Share Trading and/or Superhero Super, depending on the accounts the adviser wishes to access. Make sure you specify each account you would like access to if your client has multiple Superhero accounts (e.g. Individual, Minor, Superhero Super).
Once authority has been approved, you and your client will receive a notification from Superhero and the client will be added to your list of clients in your Superhero Adviser Platform Dashboard.Â
You can then click on the client name to view the client’s account(s) and/or transact on behalf of the client depending on the approved level of access you requested in the Adviser Authority form.
