Terms and Conditions

Definitions:

• “Australian Resident(s)” refers to an individual who resides in Australia.
• “Business Days” refers to weekdays (Monday to Friday) excluding public holidays in New South Wales, Australia.
• “Eligible Entrant(s)” refers to an individual who has provided the required information and met the criteria in Section 2 of these terms and conditions and who is not an Excluded Entrant.
• “Excluded Entrant(s)” refers to an individual who is an employee, officer or agent of Superhero or its related entities. 
• “Offer Period” refers to the period from 09:00 AM (AEDT) on 11 February 2026 until 6PM (AEDT) on 17 March 2026.
• Prize” refers to: One of five (5) double passes (2x Tickets per winner) to Hawks v Swans at the MCG, Melbourne (19 March 2026).“Superhero” refers to the administrator of the Promotion, Superhero Markets Pty Ltd (ABN 36 633 524 261), an investment and superannuation platform
• “Winner(s)” refers to an Eligible Entrant selected to receive a Prize based on the Judging Criteria.

 Promotion details and terms

1. This Promotion offers Eligible Entrants the chance to win Prizes, including a double pass to the Hawks vs Swans Round 2 Game on the 19th of March at the MCG Stadium in Melbourne. 

2. Eligibility:

• Open to Australian Residents only.

• Entrants must be 18 years of age or older.

• Eligible Entrants must have signed up exclusively for an individual Superhero trading account on the Superhero website and completed the entry terms as per section 2(d) below

3. Employees, officers and agents of Superhero and Hawthorn Football Club are not eligible to enter.

4. To enter, Eligible Entrants must follow the below steps:

• Open the Superhero app and log into their individual Superhero Trading account;

• Go to the ‘Profile’ section of the app and select ‘Promotions’ followed by ‘Referrals’; and

• Click on the ‘AFL’’ Promotion and press ‘Opt-in’; and

• Make a successful AU or U.S. trade before the Offer Period ends to submit a valid entry.

5. Customers only need to ‘Opt-in’ one time. Once a customer has opted in they are allowed to submit unlimited entries by making successful AU or U.S trades.

General Terms 

6. By participating in this Promotion, Eligible Entrants agree to be bound by and comply with these terms and conditions as well as the Superhero Terms & Conditions.

7. Superhero reserves the right to suspend, amend, or terminate the terms of this Promotion or an Eligible Entrant’s participation in this Promotion. Any changes will be communicated to Eligible Entrants via the Superhero website and will only be made for valid reasons, such as compliance with applicable laws, unforeseen circumstances or due to a violation of these terms or the Superhero Terms & Conditions.

8. Any modifications to these terms and conditions will be effective from the date of posting on the Superhero website.

9. Superhero will not be liable for any act, omission, event or circumstance which is beyond its reasonable control and prevents it from complying with any applicable terms and conditions for this Promotion.

10. By participating in this Promotion, Eligible Entrants agree to release and hold harmless Superhero and its affiliates from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Promotion or the receipt, use, or misuse of the Prize.

11. Superhero may review, investigate and/or disqualify all activities by Eligible Entrants and suspend Superhero accounts or modify Prizes for any violation of these terms and conditions or at our sole discretion as deemed fair and appropriate.

12. These terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and will be subject to the jurisdiction of the New South Wales Courts.

Privacy 

13. The information provided by an Eligible Entrant will be used solely for the purposes of conducting the Promotion and delivering the Prizes.

14. Eligible Entrants’ personal information will be handled in accordance with Superhero’s Privacy Policy.

Prize Winner Notification

15. Winners will be randomly selected using a random generator on 18 March 2026.

16. On 18 March 2026, 5 Winners will be drawn from the total entries and notified of their Prize via the email address or mobile number registered to their Superhero account

17. Winners will have 12 hours to respond to the Winners notification email and accept their Prize. Failure to respond within the required time frame may result in forfeiture of the Prize and a new Winner may be randomly selected at Superhero’s discretion.

18. Prizes, including 2 x Tickets, will be emailed to the Winners on 18 March 2026 or no later than 8 hours prior to the Round 2 Game at the MCG stadium.

19. Each Prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a Winner is unable to use the Prize as stated. Prizes are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other goods or services. A Prize cannot be transferred to any other person, unless agreed to by Superhero.
