Gold Rush Promotion Terms

Overview

These terms and conditions (Promotion T&Cs) apply to the Superhero Gold Rush Promotion (the Promotion).

By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Promotion T&Cs and the Superhero Member Terms & Conditions.

This Promotion allows eligible new Superhero customers to receive A$10 worth of Global X Physical Gold (ASX:GOLD) or an equivalent gold-themed ETF when they meet the eligibility criteria described below.

Eligibility

This Promotion is open to new Superhero customers only. To be eligible, participants must:

1. Sign up for a Superhero trading account using the unique QR code associated with this Promotion;
2. Complete onboarding and successfully open a Superhero trading account that complies with both these Promotion T&Cs and the Superhero Member Terms & Conditions; and
3. Make a buy trade of at least A$100 in any security within 30 calendar days of commencing their sign-up for a Superhero account.

Existing Superhero customers are not eligible for this Promotion.

Reward

Eligible customers will receive A$10 worth of Global X Physical Gold (ASX:GOLD) or an equivalent gold-themed ETF (the “Reward”).

The actual value of the ETF units reflected in your account may differ slightly from A$10 due to market fluctuations between when the ETF is purchased and when it is allocated to your account.

Rewards will be credited to eligible customers’ Superhero accounts within 30 calendar days of the qualifying trade being settled.

Rewards will be deposited into the customer’s first funded trading account, which could include an individual, minor, company, trust or SMSF account. Superhero Super accounts are excluded.

Promotion Restrictions

• The Promotion is limited to one reward per eligible customer.
• Customers who have previously opened a Superhero account (including Superhero Super) are not eligible.
• New accounts created with the same mobile number, email address, or identity as an existing Superhero account will not be eligible.
• Superhero reserves the right to revoke, cancel or reclaim rewards, or disqualify any participant, if activity is deemed abusive, fraudulent, misleading, or otherwise in breach of these Promotion T&Cs or the Superhero Member Terms & Conditions.
• Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

How to Participate

1. Scan the QR code displayed on the Gold Rush Promotion material.
2. Complete the Superhero sign-up and onboarding process.
3. Make a buy trade of A$100 or more in any security within 30 calendar days of beginning your sign-up.
4. Receive A$10 worth of Global X Physical Gold (ASX:GOLD) or an equivalent gold-themed ETF within 30 calendar days of your qualifying trade being settled.

Termination and Changes

Superhero may suspend or terminate this Promotion, or a user’s ability to participate, at any time for any reason.

Superhero reserves the right to review and investigate all activity and to modify, suspend, or revoke eligibility at its sole discretion.

Legal

These Promotion T&Cs, along with the Superhero Member Terms & Conditions, are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and are subject to the jurisdiction of the New South Wales Courts.

Updates

Superhero reserves the right to update these Promotion T&Cs at any time without prior notice. Any modifications will be posted on the Superhero website and applications and become effective upon posting. Continued participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of any changes.

The Promotion Period commences on 20 October 2025 and ceases on 17 November 2025. Superhero may suspend or terminate this Promotion, or a user’s ability to participate, at any time for any reason.
